About Qvik
We are an innovative technology consultancy with over 150+ digital product experts across Finland, Sweden and soon more countries in Europe. Since 2008, we’ve been building mobile experiences and digital consumer services for users in fields such as media, finance, travel, sport, health and retail. We create digital products that delight users and drive real business impact. We’re not a typical top-down corporation. Instead, we’re an inclusive work community where every individual can influence how we roll.
During the past years, Qvik has evolved as a company and community a great deal. This kind of growth comes through our people, and throughout the years we’ve been really fortunate to find magnificent Qvikies to take this company forward. To continue this journey, we’re now looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute our Group-level marketing strategy locally in Finland and to take ownership of planning, defining and driving country-level marketing initiatives that support our local market and sales needs.
About the role
In this role, you will bring our Group marketing strategy to life in Finland while proactively planning and executing local marketing initiatives that drive visibility, pipeline and growth.

Execute group-defined marketing campaigns locally
Plan, run and follow up digital campaigns (LinkedIn, website, etc.)

Collaborate closely with sales
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who has strong hands-on marketing execution experience, preferably in the tech or digital consultancy scene for at least 4 years. The ability to see the big picture and turn plans into action is essential, and a structured and proactive working style will help you to get there.
You are curious and proactive in using AI tools in your daily work. Whether it’s content creation, campaign optimization, analytics, or workflow automation, you see AI as a natural part of modern marketing. We don’t expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to actively explore, test, and apply AI to improve impact and efficiency. Experience with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, HubSpot AI features, or similar is considered as an advantage.
You will report and work closely with our Group Chief Marketing Officer, Esther, who is located in Sweden. Together with her, you will be able to choose what to prioritize. However, this is an execution-focused role where impact is created through doing, and we hope you have the attitude and experience to be able to get stuff done independently. So picture this → You’ll get a budget for digital ads and it is up to you to use it wisely - just go for it!
However, we want to highlight that you’ll have, dare we say, very talented and fun colleagues to help you out. You will work closely with our local sales team to ensure marketing activities really support our growth. We are a community that encourages learning and taking responsibility. We prefer working together and being exposed to new ideas. Sharing this kind of thinking helps you to navigate in our community.
At Qvik, we work in hybrid mode, combining office and remote work. However, in this role, we appreciate it if you enjoy working from the office often, to get better cooperation with the sales team.
Lastly, strong collaboration and communication skills, both in Finnish and English (spoken and written), are needed in this position.
What we offer
We prioritize a great and healthy work culture, continuous learning and a sustainable work-life balance. Our standard benefits package is also pretty nice: lunch, culture, sports and commuter benefits. Naturally, we provide the work tools and phone of your choice.
You’ll also get occupational health care with extended health insurance, travel and accident insurance, and plenty of company-supported sports and hobby opportunities. Supporting our people’s wellbeing is essential to us. We offer sick-child care services for smoother flu seasons and mental health support for life’s challenges.
Our community glue is our people: warm, welcoming, supportive and highly experienced professionals who genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from one another. Many Qvikies also share common hobbies — from swimming and hiking to casual darts games at the office.
The salary for this position is between €3500-4500/month, depending on your skills and experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to become a Qvik shareholder.
On top of that, we offer a low-hierarchy culture, flexible working hours, a hybrid working model, and excellent opportunities for professional growth and learning.
Okay, what next?
Apply on the 15th of March 2026 at the latest. We hope to get a new colleague on board as soon as we find the right one.
