Senior Advisor, Fintech & AI
We’re looking for someone who operates naturally in the space between business, technology, and sales. Is it you? Good. Apply below.
We are an innovative technology consultancy with over 150+ digital product experts across Finland, Sweden and soon more countries in Europe. Since 2008, we’ve been building mobile experiences and digital consumer services for users in fields such as media, finance, travel, sport, health and retail. We create digital products that delight users and drive real business impact. We’re not a typical top-down corporation. Instead, we’re an inclusive work community where every individual can influence how we roll.
During the past years, Qvik has evolved as a company and community a great deal. This kind of growth comes through our people, and throughout the years we’ve been really fortunate to find magnificent Qvikies to take this company forward. To continue this journey, we’re now looking for a Senior Advisor, Fintech & AI.
About the role
This role is about impact: shaping complex deals, building trust with senior clients, and helping us grow where it matters e.g. in the moments before a deal takes shape, when a client is weighing their options, and when the direction is still anyone's game.
What you’ll do:
Shape strategic deals before they are scoped — entering client conversations early, when the problem is still fuzzy and the solution space is wide open
Engage at the highest technical levels of client organisations, influencing decisions before they become requirements
Turn ambiguity into clear, compelling solution narratives
Help win complex, high-value transformations
Support local sales team in Finland
Alongside that, you’ll help us build:
Fintech and Payments offerings that scale
Partnerships that create real leverage
AI-driven ways of working that improve how we sell and deliver
Who are we looking for
We’re looking for someone who operates naturally in the space between business, technology, and sales. And moreover, some who know how to turn that into real outcomes.
You’ve done this before —you’ve acted as a trusted advisor in complex client situations and worked closely with sales. You understand technology well enough to challenge it: You know architectural trade-offs (without needing to own them), you can connect technology decisions to business impact and finally, you have hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development (or you’ve made it part of how you work).
Here comes the most important part: We expect you to be commercially sharp. You see where opportunities are. You’re as comfortable in a deal discussion as in a client workshop and you can balance strategy with hands-on contribution.
Your time will roughly split between acting as a senior advisor in client work, supporting and shaping live sales cases, and lastly building offerings, partnerships, and new opportunities.
In our eyes you’re succeeding, if you’ll quickly become someone both clients and sales insist on bringing into critical situations.
We operate in hybrid-mode, combining remote and office work. We cannot promise 100% remote work due to the possible client requirements.
Lastly, this position requires fluent skills in English and Finnish.
What we offer
We prioritize a great and healthy work culture, continuous learning and a sustainable work-life balance. Our standard benefits package is also pretty nice: lunch, culture, sports and commuter benefits. Naturally, we provide the work tools and phone of your choice.
You’ll also get occupational health care with extended health insurance, travel and accident insurance, and plenty of company-supported sports and hobby opportunities. Supporting our people’s wellbeing is essential to us. We offer sick-child care services for smoother flu seasons and mental health support for life’s challenges.
Our community glue is our people: warm, welcoming, supportive and highly experienced professionals who genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from one another. Many Qvikies also share common hobbies — from swimming and hiking to casual darts games at the office.
The salary for this position is between €6000-7000/month, depending on your skills and experience. However, if you have something else in mind, we are open to hear suggestions for different kinds of models. In addition, you’ll also have the opportunity to become a Qvik shareholder.
On top of that, we offer a low-hierarchy culture, flexible working hours, a hybrid working model, and excellent opportunities for professional growth and learning.
Okay, what next?
Apply soon! We hope to get a new colleague on board as soon as we find the right one.
